Monkey Shines is not a native OS X application. It runs under MacOS and Classic only - it will not be upgraded to OS X in the forseeable future.
However, there is a new OS X native game that is similar and in the non-violent genre that was created by a Monkey Shines level creator, Vern Jensen. Try it out at the link to the right.
